Masters of the Universe? According to The New York Times, bonuses on Wall Street for 2005 hit $21.5 billion, topping the previous record of $19.5 billion from 2000. It's estimated that New York State will collect $1.5 billion in taxes from that revenue, and New York City will take in $500 million.
